Position Overview This is not a new-construction or rough-in plumbing role -- it's a sales and service position designed for plumbers who love diagnosing, problem- solving, and helping homeowners make the right repair or replacement decisions. You'll meet with homeowners responding to inbound requests (no cold calls), assess their plumbing systems, educate them on solutions, and close profitable repair or replacement work. Our Sales Plumbers manage their own jobs from initial diagnosis through sold work, supported by a full install and operations team.
