Location: Beauty Master (In-Store) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Description: Beauty Master is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable K-Beauty Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves Korean beauty products, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently lead and motivate a sales team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily store operations while serving as a role model for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support the K-Beauty sales team on the floor * Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on K-Beauty products * Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships * Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques * Assist with visual merchandising, inventory, and product launches * Help achieve and exceed sales goals * Communicate effectively with store management Qualifications: * Previous retail or beauty sales experience (K-Beauty experience preferred) * Leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferred * Passion for skincare, cosmetics, and K-Beauty trends * Strong communication and customer service skills * Spanish and Portuguese speaking preferred * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Flexible availability, including weekends
