Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Attend qualified homeowner appointments (provided leads -- no cold calling) * Present and close solar system proposals confidently and professionally * Manage and update client information using our CRM * Educate customers on energy savings, financing options, and incentives * Work with project managers and installers to ensure a smooth customer experience * Represent Semper SolR with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism Qualifications: * Ambitious, confident, and competitive -- "closer" mentality * Excellent communication and people skills * Self-motivated and results-driven * Sales experience preferred, but not required (we'll train the right person) * Comfortable presenting and negotiating with homeowners * Full-time availability preferred About Company As a veteran-owned company, we assist our community and homeowners in choosing an efficient and affordable solar system that best meets their needs and provides sustainable energy for our community.
