Start Your Career as an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative at PB Hoidale Company! PB Hoidale Company is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow with us. Key Responsibilities: First Year: * Learn about our products, services, and industry standards. * Assist in lead generation and client relationship building. * Attend client meetings and product demonstrations. * Communicate the value of our products and services. * Prepare quotes and shadow an experienced Sales Rep to gain hands-on experience. After the First Year: * Manage your own sales territory. * Conduct sales presentations and client meetings independently. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Utilize CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions. * Generate sales forecasts and reports. * Collaborate with installation and service teams. * Stay updated on industry trends by attending events and trade shows. Qualifications: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong desire to learn and grow. * Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in sales or customer service is a plus. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel within your sales territory. Requirements: * Valid driver's license. * Background check, physical, and drug screen. * High School diploma or GED. Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary $55,000 * Company-provided vehicle * 401(k) plan w/ company match, health, dental, and life insurance. * Flexible benefit plan and PTO accrual starting after the first month.
