Job Overview Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell plumbing services and products. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers, identify customer needs, and provide effective plumbing solutions while driving company revenue growth. Key Responsibilities * Promote and sell plumbing services, repairs, installations, and maintenance plans * Meet with potential and existing customers to assess needs and provide estimates * Explain plumbing solutions, pricing, and service options clearly and professionally * Generate new leads through referrals, follow-ups, and local outreach * Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business * Prepare and track sales quotes, contracts, and service agreements * Coordinate with plumbing technicians to ensure customer expectations are met * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company system Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in sales or business is a plus) * Previous sales experience preferred (3 years); experience in plumbing, construction, or home services is an advantage * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills * Ability to understand and explain technical services in simple terms * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Skills & Competencies * Excellent verbal and written communication * Persuasive and confident presentation skills * Problem-solving and needs-assessment abilities * Time management and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus commission * Performance bonuses and incentives * Training and ongoing professional development * Company vehicle Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Company car * Flexible schedule * Retirement plan * Work from home Work Location: In person
