Overview
: Now Hiring: Account Executive Location : Chicago, IL + Remote Pay : $95,000 - $115,000 + Commission

- Your Role as Account Executive: As an Account Executive , you'll drive new business growth and deepen strategic client relationships across verticals such as Consumer Packaged Goods [CPG], Retail, and Entertainment. You'll bring a consultative, goal- oriented approach to acquiring new customers, expanding current partnerships, and exceeding sales targets in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
: Drive Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans across target verticals
- Proactively identify new client opportunities and close new business Expand and Retain Clients
- Partner with Solutions Consultants to unlock strategic growth
- Strengthen relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers Achieve and Report Results
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on trends Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align closely with Marketing to enhance the Ripple Street value proposition
- Promote a strong team culture of collaboration and healthy competition
- What You Need to Succeed: Key Competencies
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales
- Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years in quota-carrying sales roles within media, adtech, or martech
- Familiarity with CPG, shopper marketing, or agency ecosystems preferred
- Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and Microsoft Office
- Growth mindset with a passion for prospecting and closing deals
