This is a full-time, entry-level position built for individuals eager to develop skills in sales, customer service, and account management while representing one of the most recognized names in telecommunications and wireless technology. As an AT&T Customer Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to provide product information, guide them through service options, and help them find the best wireless and home connectivity solutions. This position offers hands-on sales experience, weekly pay, and advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles for high-performing individuals. Responsibilities of an AT &T Customer Sales Associate: * Engage with customers to explain AT&T wireless, fiber, and home connectivity services. * Assist with account activations, billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and service enrollments. * Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service in every interaction. * Recommend AT&T plans, product bundles, and promotional offers based on customer needs. * Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activity and service updates. * Support team and management goals through collaboration, communication, and reliability. * Stay informed about AT&T promotions, new technology, and industry trends. * Represent Mountain Peak Marketing Inc. and AT&T with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
