What You Will Do You will be the face of Car World Conway and a key part of the customer experience. * Provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and online * Help customers find a vehicle they love and explain financing options clearly * Work daily leads and follow up with customers alongside our BDC team * Post and manage vehicle listings and promotions on social media (yes, Facebook Marketplace counts) * Maintain accurate notes and documentation in our CRM * Keep the lot clean, organized, and showroomready * Inspect vehicles daily and assist with lot setup and security * Represent Car World's values with professionalism and integrity What We Are Looking For * Strong communication and people skills * Selfmotivated and dependable with consistent attendance * Comfortable using CRM systems and social media * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen * Sales experience is a plus, but we train the right person What We Offer * Commissionbased pay * Fulltime schedule (Monday-Saturday) * Proven sales processes and training * Supportive management and team environment * Longterm career growth within Car World Group Location Car World - Conway, AR Ready to Get Started?
