What You'll Be Doing Every Day * Be the first and last impression for every customer -- greet them warmly, learn their preferences, and leave them looking forward to their next visit. * Drive revenue by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right products. * Educate customers on our offerings, including product benefits, promotions, and exclusive items. * Enroll customers into our POS loyalty program and actively promote its perks. * Maintain store presentation -- clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing. * Handle opening and closing duties with reliability and accuracy. * Track and hit personal sales targets, knowing that higher performance = higher commission. * Build long-term relationships with customers that turn into repeat sales.
