Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Training Sales professional to join our health club team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting personal training programs, and contributing to the growth of our fitness community. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills combined with a solid understanding of physiology and fitness principles, enabling effective program promotion and client engagement. Duties * Actively promote and sell personal training packages and group fitness programs to prospective clients. * Conduct fitness assessments and provide tailored program recommendations based on individual needs. * Educate clients on body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology to enhance their understanding of training benefits. * Develop customized workout plans and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients. * Maintain a high level of knowledge about current fitness trends, sports coaching methods, and health club offerings. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, encouraging ongoing participation. * Assist in organizing fitness classes, workshops, and promotional events to attract new members. * Track client progress and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall club performance. Qualifications * Proven experience in personal training, fitness sales, or related roles within a gym or health club environment. * Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design. * Experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is a plus. * Excellent sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively and motivate clients. * Ability to educate clients on health and fitness topics confidently. * Demonstrated ability to develop personalized training programs tailored to individual needs. * Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. * Certification in personal training or related fitness credentials preferred but not required.
