We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative with a background in the building products industry. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in cultivating and sustaining relationships within the within the construction community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Identify and engage potential clients in need of commercial roofing products. * Conduct assessments of client roofing needs and provide tailored proposals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and property managers. * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. * Effectively communicate to our customers the advantages of our products and the additional value provided by our services. * Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building strategies. Job Requirements * Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, or related industry. * Strong understanding of roofing systems and industry trends. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
