Job Responsibilities * Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories using product knowledge and inventory management systems * Provide technical advice on vehicle maintenance, automotive diagnostics, and repair procedures to ensure customer satisfaction * Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment through POS systems * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette for remote inquiries * Support dealership service departments by coordinating parts orders and ensuring timely delivery of parts * Promote sales through effective negotiation, upselling, and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets * Maintain a clean, organized workspace with proper stock rotation and adherence to safety standards Requirements * Proven experience in automotive parts, dealership experience is required * Strong knowledge of automotive , vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers * Proficiency in inventory management software, retail math, and POS systems * Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control and order fulfillment processes * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining professionalism * Valid driver's license; required Pay Range: $41,600-$60,000 OTE Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM; Saturdays possible from 8:00AM-4:00PM with a day off during the week to compensate Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service while advancing your skills in automotive parts sales!
