As we enter our next phase of growth, we're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and expand our client base. What You 'll Do * Drive new business opportunities across commercial cleaning, janitorial, and post-construction cleanup services. * Conduct onsite walkthroughs, develop project scopes, and prepare competitive proposals. * Build and strengthen client relationships to identify additional service opportunities. * Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. * Represent Xtreme Clean at local networking events, industry associations, and community functions. What You Bring * 3+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or post-construction cleanup. * A track record of successfully generating new accounts and driving revenue growth. * Strong estimating, pricing, and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a flexible schedule.
