What We Offer: * Paid Training * Clear promotion track + growth from within * Flexible scheduling if you need it * 401k * Medical, Dental, Vision * Competitive Compensation * Bonus Incentives * No Sunday's ! * Great Culture * Tenured Management Team * Promote Within! * Family Owned & Operated * State of the art facility * Career Pathing * High Volume Luxury dealership * $16.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting, Internet lead activity management, inbound service calls, and internet inquiries. * Fast-paced call center environment where time management and multitasking skills are a requirement. * Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product questions received via phone and/or internet * Heavy use of CRM and multiple manufacturer websites * Need to feel comfortable with high volume * Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI) * Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet * Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately * Follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction * Be available to respond to phone AND email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner * Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter REQUIREMENTS: * Good verbal and written communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required * Self-motivated and goal oriented * Ability to hit quotas and maximize business opportunities * Customer retention * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment * Must have a clean & valid driver's license
