Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and proactive Front Desk Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and driving sales through effective upselling. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and have experience in retail sales environments. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming atmosphere while achieving sales targets, Membership sales and maintaining spa presentation standards. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk. * Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Conduct sales presentation to educate customers about features and benefits of being a member. * Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. * Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries and schedule appointments or follow-ups. * Support store operations by performing basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts. * Supervise or assist in supervising team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred. * Strong communication skills, including effective sales communication. * Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for retail transactions. * Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management is a plus. * Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. * Supervising experience is desirable but not required; leadership qualities are a plus. * Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting with strong attention to detail.
