The Tonia Kiser State Farm Agency is seeking a driven, professional Insurance Sales Representative who is committed to building a long-term career in the insurance and financial services industry. Key Responsibilities * Achieve and exceed new business production goals established by the agency * Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, community events, and other lead sources * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate risk management and insurance solutions * Prepare insurance quotes, deliver professional sales presentations, and close new business * Build and maintain strong referral and networking relationships * Identify and develop opportunities for Financial Services products * Consistently cross-sell and up-sell insurance and financial products when appropriate * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agency products and industry offerings * Foster long-term client relationships to drive retention and customer loyalty * Advocate for clients by prioritizing their needs and goals Preferred Qualifications * Active Property & Casualty license (required) * Life & Health license (preferred) * 2+ years of insurance industry experience strongly preferred * Bilingual English/Spanish a plus * High school diploma or equivalent required Professional Traits We Value * Career-minded with a long-term vision in the insurance & financial services industry * Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented * Strong listening, relationship-building, and closing skills * Coachable, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning * Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor * Able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency Additional Information: A personality assessment is required as part of the interview process.
