We are a local non-profit supporting a Food Pantry. We are looking for an e-commerce Sales Associate to join our eCommerce division. This position will be located at our offices in Austell, GA. Job Purpose Support daily e-commerce operations by managing merchandise from intake to shipment, maintaining accuracy and quality standards, and assisting with customer and order-related needs for a non-profit organization. Duties and Responsibilities * Photograph products and create detailed, accurate listings * Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records * Inspect items to ensure quality standards * Prepare, stage, and coordinate merchandise for shipment * Package and ship sold items in a timely manner * Communicate with customers to support sales and service inquiries * Meet production goals and guidelines established by management * Process returns efficiently and accurately * Receive and manage incoming donations in a warehouse setting * Sorting, testing, cleaning, and evaluating donated items * Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations Qualifications Able to climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - self-motivated to meet deadlines. Works quickly and proficiently as details matter to the utmost. Exhibits ability to multi-task on a regular basis. Close attention to detail - must be able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Able to communicate clearly, politely, and effectively verbally and in written media. Must be able to use proper spelling and grammar in written communications. Photography experience helpful Must be able to type at least 40 WPM. Experience in e-commerce or tech savvy individuals preferred! Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., based in Austell, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
