Account Executive, New Business Ascent Building Service, Inc. Ascent Building Service has been in business for over ten years, providing window cleaning, pressure washing, and IDPH licensed and certified structural pest control services to major high-rise buildings, big-box chains, and other businesses throughout the Midwest. The Account Executive, New Business will be an essential part of the team, striving to achieve record-breaking growth. About the Role * Engage prospects to provide window cleaning and/or pressure washing services. * Use cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to identify new opportunities, drive value, and establish meaningful connections with prospects. * Work independently while collaborating with the team to achieve individual and team objectives. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * A strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage prospects and articulate Ascent Building Service's value proposition. * Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued but not a requirement. About You * 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. * Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. * Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems like Monday.com and adept at conducting data analysis for pipeline building and segmentation. Pay Structure * $60,000 base salary + monthly commission on all sales while working to achieve your annual sales target.
