This Entry Level AT&T Assistant role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting wireless sales initiatives. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them understand and access the best AT&T products and services to meet their communication needs and desired wireless connections. Success in this Entry Level AT&T Assistant role will include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for technology and customer satisfaction. Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to identify their specific needs, answer questions, and guide them through potential service options and phone upgrades * Work with customers diligently to manage their accounts with care, provide them with solutions and tailored service that is designed for them * The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will be knowledgeable in processing sales orders to help customers daily and complete sales orders * Provide accurate information about AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and digital solutions. Follow up with customers to address questions, resolve issues, and support service upgrades. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed company standards and expectations * Work with team members to stay up to date on all services and become familiar with all products Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications: * Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not essential * People oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Active listening when working with customers to meet their desired needs and personalize their experience * Tech enthusiast with a desire to learn new advancing technology Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location: In person
