Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts. * Conduct negotiations to close sales and secure contracts. * Engage in retail sales activities, promoting products and services effectively. * Assist in sales administration tasks, including tracking leads and managing customer accounts. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and expand the customer base. * Offer bilingual support to enhance communication with diverse clientele. Skills * P&C Licence and L&H Licence * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective client interactions. * Proficient in analysis skills to assess market data and identify opportunities for growth. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus. * Demonstrated ability in telemarketing and lead generation techniques. * A solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies. * Exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.
