AT &T Sales Agent Responsibilities: * Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies, effectively communicating the value of our products and services * Interact with customers in a professional and approachable manner to build strong relationships and present services available * Process sales orders for customers setting them up for success with their new product * Set a strong example in a managerial capacity by demonstrating professionalism, organization, and punctuality in all sales and management activities. * Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, supporting a collaborative environment * Stay up to date on all new features and benefits offered to create the most tailored solution to customers requests * Report progress, sales performance, and team feedback to senior management for continual improvement and alignment. AT &T Sales Agent Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, leadership, hospitality, or other related roles is a plus * Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenges with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset * Excellent verbal and written communication skills when engaging with customers and team members * Strong drive for personal and professional growth, with a willingness to learn and develop new sales and management skills * A genuine passion for wanting to step into the telecommunications industry or entrepreneurial field Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,634.22 - $53,753.04 per year Work Location: In person
