About the Role
We are a fast-growing manufacturing company seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the Sales Department by managing quoting, order processing, opportunity tracking, reporting, and customer sample coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting revenue growth. Position
Overview
As an Inside Sales Coordinator , you will support Account Executives through the full sales cycle from quoting to order processing and reporting while ensuring a superior customer experience. You will be responsible for sales quoting, opportunity management, and sample coordination, helping to strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives throughout the sales process (opportunity management, proposal generation, etc.)
- Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, lead times, order status, and delivery
- Manage orders for new and backordered products with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Optimize freight and logistics by creating orders to maximize pallet utilization (24-30 pallets depending on product mix)
- Coordinate and ship product samples to new and existing customers
- Create sales tools such as estimate sheets, checklists, and PowerPoint presentations
- Manage complex Excel spreadsheets and extract/manipulate data for reporting
- Serve as a customer solution advocate, delivering a personalized and exceptional customer experience
- Handle incoming customer requests professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Perform accurate data entry for order entries and acknowledgments
- Provide backup support to the Customer Service Representative as needed
- Continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on product features and benefits
- Deliver quality work within deadlines with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of inside sales and order processing experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience creating sales collateral such as sell sheets for new products, promotions, and reminders
- Strong ability to extract and consolidate data from multiple sources into a single document
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Energetic, responsive, and customer-focused with a positive attitude Experience &
