Duties * Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and secure client agreements. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through effective sales administration. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance services. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes including HIPAA compliance. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and achieve company goals. * Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and expand the customer base. Qualifications * Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales. * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele. * Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Proficient in analysis skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively. * Familiarity with benefits administration and customer service best practices. * Previous experience in telemarketing is a plus but not required. * A commitment to ongoing professional development within the insurance industry.
