Remote Work Ability: Capable of maintaining productivity in a hybrid remote work environment. Tech Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and related software tools. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with suitable options. Policy Guidance: Offer expert guidance on policy details, ensuring clients understand the benefits and terms. Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company-set targets. Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance client insurance portfolios by identifying cross-selling opportunities. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide the most current and comprehensive advice to clients.
