Flow Gardens | Territory: [Charlotte, NC] Position Type: 1099 Contractor (Independent) Industry: Hemp/Cannabis Sales Compensation: Commission-based (details provided during interview) Reports to: Sales Manager Position Overview: Flow Gardens, a leading producer of premium hemp and cannabis products, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with retail locations specializing in hemp and cannabis products. The successful candidate will be responsible for territory growth, customer development, and brand representation within an assigned region. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries, smoke shops, CBD stores, wellness centers, and other retail outlets. * Generate new business opportunities and expand Flow Gardens' presence within the assigned territory. * Educate retail partners on Flow Gardens' product lines, features, benefits, and usage. * Conduct regular in-person or virtual meetings with retail clients to promote product awareness and drive sales. * Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals. * Coordinate with internal team members for order processing, product fulfillment, and account support. * Maintain detailed records of contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM tools as required. * Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, regulatory changes, and competitive activity. * Represent Flow Gardens professionally at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities as needed. Qualifications: * Prior sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) is required. * Familiarity with hemp and cannabis products and markets is required. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. * Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients regularly. * Organized with strong time management and reporting skills. * Reliable transportation. Additional Details: Training provided to ensure full product knowledge and sales process familiarity. 1099 Independent Contractor status - candidate will not be a direct employee of Flow Gardens.
