Sales Opportunity: Join Our Asphalt Maintenance Team! Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the asphalt industry? We're on the lookout for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our asphalt maintenance business! We provide the following services: milling, paving, asphalt repair and sealcoating. Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect potential commercial clients in need of asphalt maintenance and repair services - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project quotes - Collaborate with the sub contractor to ensure seamless project execution - Responsible for managing and quoting federal and state projects - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Requirements: - A minimum of five years in direct/outside sales, NOT telemarketing or inside sales - Proven track record in sales, preferably in the asphalt or construction industry - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Skills Required: * Exceptional communication skills are a must * Organizational skills and time management are critical to success * Strong Microsoft Office skills * Must be comfortable working independently * Must be comfortable with various technology platforms Benefits: - Competitive commission-based compensation with high earning potential - Training and support to help you succeed - Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company - Collaborative and supportive team environment Join our dedicated asphalt maintenance team and be a driving force in our growth!
