Do you love tea, cannabis, and holistic wellness? Hemp & Tea Company is looking for enthusiastic, customer focused team members to join our growing retail team in the South Charlotte area. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role as both a Tea Specialist and Dispensary Sales Associate blending the art of tea service with the world of hemp and cannabis wellness. Location: This role is located at our Steele Creek store(Whitehall area) What You 'll Do

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests warmly and offering outstanding customer service.
• Guide customers with confidence, sharing knowledge about loose leaf teas, hemp, cannabis, and wellness products.
• Prepare and serve handcrafted teas, cannabis-infused beverages, and specialty mocktails.
• Handle sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain store organization, restock inventory, and support visual merchandising.
• Assist with occasional community events or support other store locations when needed.
• Contribute positively to a team culture built on education, hospitality, and respect. What We're Looking For
• Prior sales or customer service experience (required).
• Genuine interest in tea and a working knowledge of cannabis products.
• Strong people skills: friendly, approachable, and a clear communicator.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven retail setting.
• Reliability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends (Sat and Sun).
• Must be 21 or older and able to comply with state and federal cannabis guidelines. Pay & Perks
• Competitive compensation: average $18-$25 per hour (hourly base + tips).
