Overview: Yancey Company has been serving customers in Sacramento since 1939! We are now the authorized dealer for Jacuzzi Bath products in Northern California. We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate and drive business growth. We are a residential construction company and you will be scheduling appointments for in home estimates with potential customers, focused on tub and shower remodels. Strong Base with Bonus Potential! Responsibilities: - Conduct warm calling to potential customers to introduce products/services - Utilize techniques to engage with leads and convert them into sales appointments - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Utilize sales software to manage leads, track progress - Market products/services to generate interest and drive sales - Collaborate with the sales team Requirements: - Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles - Excellent communication skills in English - Familiarity with sales sofware / CRM tools - Ability to conduct warm calling and engage customers effectively - Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies - Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills and dedication can make a significant impact on our company's success.
