Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with 8+ years of proven success in high- value B2B sales, particularly in technology, blockchain, or infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong record of closing multimillion- dollar deals, managing key enterprise accounts, and developing long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across global markets in the crypto mining and digital infrastructure sectors. * Independently generate new business opportunities, identifying and qualifying high-value prospects across institutional, enterprise, and industrial markets. * Develop and execute a clear sales strategy and pipeline plan to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. * Identify, pursue, and close large-scale deals (>$1M) with institutional investors, mining farms, data centers, and enterprise clients. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities. * Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and up-selling of new solutions and services. * Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs. * Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements. * Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy. * Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members. * Report directly to senior management on pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and strategic growth opportunities. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). * 8+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, ideally in cryptocurrency, fintech, energy, or high-tech infrastructure sectors. * Demonstrated success closing multimillion-dollar deals and managing complex sales cycles. * Strong network in blockchain, crypto mining, or related industries is highly desirable. * Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with C-level stakeholders. * Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven sales reporting. * Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Preferred Skills * Deep understanding of cryptocurrency mining economics, blockchain infrastructure, and digital asset markets. * Knowledge of energy management, hardware procurement, and hosting operations. * Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving market.
