If these values don't match your style, this role won't be a fit. Role Overview This is a field relationship + partnerships role. Your job is to visit healthcare facilities, build trust, and convert relationships into recurring scheduled transportation volume --dialysis schedules, discharge pipelines, and standing rides. You will sell and operationalize our proven process: D.R.E.A.M. -- Details. Routing. Escort. Alerts. Make-Right. And you'll represent our Proactive Communication Guarantee : facilities and families are never left guessing. Who We Serve (so you target the right accounts) You will focus on partners who value reliability and consistency, including: * Dialysis centers (recurring schedules, pickup windows) * SNFs / Rehab / LTACH / Transitional care * Hospitals (case management / discharge) * Assisted living / memory care * Home health / hospice agencies * Group homes / disability service organizations (IDD) We are NOT targeting: * Emergency/911 transport * Last-minute "rush" rides that destroy reliability * Price-only buyers who don't value care and communication * Minors * Post-pay/cash expectations (we prioritize prepay / authorized billing / reliable terms) Responsibilities1) Facility outreach & relationship building (in-person) * Visit target facilities weekly and build relationships with decision-makers: administrators, discharge planners, social workers, treatment coordinators. * Understand the facility's current transportation pain points and workflow. * Present Dream Care Rides as the reliability-first solution. 2) Move facilities through a clear process (Pilot -> Recurring) * Set up a 2-week Reliability Pilot with defined pickup windows and expectations. * Convert successful pilots into ongoing recurring volume (standing schedules / "blocks" / discharge pipeline). 3) Ensure clean handoff to Operations (this is a key differentiator) * Gather and submit complete information so operations can deliver flawlessly: * service level (door-to-door, bed-to-bed, etc.) * mobility type (wheelchair/stretcher/bariatric) * pickup windows and cadence * facility booking workflow * payment terms / authorization method * special instructions (stairs, oxygen, escort needs, etc.) 4) Pipeline management and follow-up discipline * Track your pipeline (visits, meetings, pilots, contracts, recurring ride volume). * Provide weekly reporting on activity and results. 5) Account growth support (light, relationship-based) * After go-live, do periodic check-ins to expand volume and keep relationships strong. * Identify upsells: more days, more legs, additional departments, additional locations. What Success Looks Like (KPIs) * Consistent facility activity: 15 -25 facility touches/week (visits + calls + follow-ups) * 4 -6 meetings/week * 1 -2 pilots launched/month * Pilots convert into recurring scheduled rides * Accounts remain active and grow (retention + expansion) * Operations receives clean, complete trip requirements (fewer surprises) 30 -60-90 Day Ramp Plan First 30 days * Build facility target list by hub (dialysis + SNF/rehab + hospitals/clinics) * Start consistent visits and set meetings * Learn the pitch and the "ideal client qualifiers" Days 31 -60 * Launch pilots and refine messaging * Improve facility workflow mapping and handoff quality Days 61 -90 * Convert pilots into recurring accounts * Expand within first wins (additional days/legs/referral sources) Compensation (Base + Gross Margin Commission) * Base salary: up to $40,000/year * Commission: paid monthly on collected gross margin from new facility accounts you bring in (gross margin = collected facility revenue minus direct trip costs) * Bonuses: activation + retention bonuses may apply * Mileage reimbursement: provided for approved business travel Qualifications Required * 1-3 years in outreach, sales, account coordination, or relationship-based roles * Comfortable with in-person prospecting and facility visits * Strong follow-up discipline and organization * Professional communication and presentation skills * Valid driver's license + reliable transportation Preferred * Experience in dialysis/SNF/rehab/home health/hospital discharge environments * Existing facility relationships Experience selling reliability-based services (transportation, staffing, DME, home health) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
