Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field (preferred) * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury event or wedding sales * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills--both written and verbal * High attention to detail, organizational strength, and ability to multitask * Demonstrated sales success and ability to drive revenue * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Strong vendor management and event design knowledge Ideal Candidate Traits ?
