Come spend the first few months in training, learning the ins and outs of the business, then step in to support the team before gaining your own route! * Fuel Your Sales and Delivery Career with Red Bull and Hay Distributing! * Benefits Abound Here: Medical insurance *dental insurance *vision insurance *401K with 4% company match *8 Paid Holidays *No Weekends *Flexible Spending Account (FSA) *voluntary life insurance *Robust Paid Time Off (PTO) & MORE! * ANNUAL Pay:* $45,000 salary (When you receive your own route, your pay will increase by $5K- $20K) * Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Support your team by providing help with sales, merchandising, route coverage and store resets. * Train with one of our trainers or members of management to understand skills and processes needed to be successful. * Service and improve Red Bull standards in each territory. * Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized. * Merchandise and reset stores to meet the standards set forth by the customer, Red Bull and our company. * Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability. * Support the execution of promotional activity and growth sales directives. * Maximize your potential, your customer's potential and your company's potential by communicating, growing and addressing needs. * REQUIREMENTS * Self-motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, organized time manager * Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull) * Driver's license with a clean driving record * 21+ years of age * Basic accounting and math skills * Customer Service Experience, at least 1 year * Desire to work in Sales and Delivery both * Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills * DOT medical card required (If you do not have one, you will need to take the DOT physical.) * High school diploma or GED required
