The AT&T Wireless Associate member will be responsible for working with both current and new customers that allows for new business development. AT &T Wireless Associate Responsibilities: * Work closely with customers to manage their accounts in detail and support them in the service they are seeking for new telecommunication products * Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness and services to customers * Proactively identify customers needs and offer tailored customized solutions, while building value in the products and services we offer * Service as the main point of contact for customers and their leading account manager on service inquiries and questions * Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales transactions * Connect with other team members to continuously train on new products available to increase skills and knowledge in this role AT &T Wireless Associate Qualifications: * Experience in an account manager, sales, customer service, similar role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers * Strong motivation and a results-driven mindset * Attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time * Reliable commute to and from our office in Dallas Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,475.00 per week Work Location: On the road
