Arlington Nissan (Rohrman Automotive Group) -- Sales Consultant (Top Producer Track) Location: Arlington Heights, IL. We're building a sales team of closers. If you can generate your own opportunities , work a lead like a professional, set and show appointments , close at a high percentage, and hold gross profit through value-based selling, Arlington Nissan wants you.What you 'll do (day-to-day execution) * Prospect + network : build a personal book of business through referrals, community involvement, local partnerships, and social selling * Work leads with speed and discipline : respond, follow up, and convert opportunities into appointments and showroom traffic * Set appointments and make the phone a weapon : consistent outbound calls, texts, and emails with a clear objective (set the appointment) * Close deals and protect gross : objection handling, trade conversations, payment confidence, and negotiation that doesn't give the store away * Own your CRM (VinSolutions) : log every call/contact, keep notes tight, set next actions, and maintain clean pipeline hygiene (if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen) * Operate on a scorecard : activity, appointments, show rate, sold rate, and gross performance are tracked and coached " Top Gun" KPI scorecard (what great looks like)(These are performance targets; strong performers routinely hit or beat them.) * Outbound dials: 60+ per day (plus texts/emails) * Appointments set: 2+ per day * Appointment show rate: 80%+ * Close rate (shown-to-sold): 50%+ * Gross discipline: protect front-end gross through value selling, not discounting * CRM compliance: 100% logged activity + next-step tasks in VinSolutions Who we 're looking for (non-negotiables) * Strong work ethic with high activity volume and zero excuses * Demonstrated ability to set appointments and close (not just "talk cars") * Confident communicator: phone, text, email, showroom * Competitive, coachable, and accountable * CRM disciplined (VinSolutions experience is a plus) Compensation & benefits (Illinois pay transparency)Pay scale (annual): $60,000 - $180,000+ total compensation (commission + performance bonuses), depending on production.
