Description Retail Sales Associate (Temporary - November & December 2025) We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our retail team for the holiday season (November-December 2025). As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our store--helping customers, keeping the space organized, and ensuring every guest has a positive shopping experience. This is a temporary position ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, festive retail environment. Flexibility is essential, including availability on weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases * Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately * Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment * Answer customer questions and provide product knowledge * Assist with opening, closing, and other daily store tasks Qualifications: * Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required * Strong communication and people skills * Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs * Must be available throughout November and December 2025 Compensation & Benefits: * $14 per hour starting pay * Employee discounts Salary $14 - $14 per hour
