Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager / Internet Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, and expertise in sales strategies, customer service, and inventory management. This role involves managing sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through effective sales management, B2B and retail sales, and innovative marketing initiatives. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the automotive sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals. * Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, including outbound calls and cold calling campaigns. * Oversee inventory control and management to ensure optimal stock levels and presentation. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies for high-end sales, upselling, and customer retention. * Conduct negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance metrics. * Coordinate with finance departments to facilitate F&I processes, including financing options and insurance products. * Manage internet sales channels by responding promptly to online inquiries, conducting virtual tours, and closing remote deals. * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone. * Organize public speaking engagements or promotional events to enhance dealership visibility within the community. * Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing dealership exposure through various channels. * Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Skills * Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management with a strong background in automobile sales. * Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations. * Excellent communication skills--bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus--to serve diverse customer bases effectively. * Experience with B2B sales, outbound sales strategies, cold calling, and lead generation techniques. * Knowledge of high-end sales markets within the automotive industry or luxury retail sectors. * Ability to deliver compelling presentations or public speaking engagements confidently. * Strong understanding of marketing principles related to automotive or retail environments. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in sales pipeline development and team support functions.
