Duties

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate investment opportunities - Prepare financial models and perform valuation analysis for potential real estate acquisitions - Analyze property performance and market trends to make recommendations for property management strategies - Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support due diligence efforts for real estate transactions - Monitor and track the performance of real estate assets in the portfolio - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate analysis

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques - Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting - Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and real estate analysis software - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
