Job Overview - Belle & Blush Belle & Blush is seeking a friendly, service-driven team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations. This role blends customer service, retail sales, and event support -- from greeting and assisting guests with personalized product recommendations to helping with visual merchandising, scheduling consultations, and executing in-store events. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and motivated to contribute to both sales growth and a positive team culture. Provide Excellent Customer Service * Provide excellent customer service at all times. * Make eye contact, smile, and promptly acknowledge and greet each customer entering the store, or customers within close proximity while moving throughout the store. * Offer friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service. Understand that customer service is the top priority and cease performing tasks when guests are present and in need of assistance. * Determine each customer's needs and answer questions concerning products and services. If necessary, partner with management to ensure the guest's needs are met. * While helping customers, recommend additional and complementary products and/or services based on information provided by the guest or items already selected for purchase. * Inform customers of current promotions, events and services within the store. * Serve multiple guests at one time while maintaining composure during busy or peak selling times. * Always look for opportunities to contribute to the store's overall sales goals. * Help to eliminate and/or reduce potential theft of product by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining awareness while on the sales floor. * Courteously handle sales, refunds and exchanges. Ensure that the correct price, tax and/or discount are applied correctly to each sale. * Maintain the daily checklist & make sure all tasks are complete however, helping guests is always the priority. * Execute other operational requests by management. * Take initiative to stay informed regarding new or existing products. Assist Store Manager in Daily Store Operations * Act as manager on duty when needed * Notify Admin's of needed store supplies * Schedule makeup consultations & applications * Help manage opening/closing procedures * Help execute bridal party/group booking's * Help organize/execute in store events * Execute the cleaning checklist * Help with visual merchandising * Suggest gift ideas Improve & Focus on Retail Sales * Track & analyze sales performance in relation to last year & the financial plans * Build & maintain healthy and happy relationships with employees & customers * Make sure excellent customer service standards are always met * Help to plan, organize & execute monthly events * Take action to achieve and focus on the store sales goal * Develop/oversee a clienteling system * Help to maintain the customer database & rewards program Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Work Location: In person
