POTIENTIAL ANNUAL EARNINGS WITH COMMISSIONS OF $100,000-225,000 JOB REQUIREMENT: * A/C SALES & MAINTENANCE * SALARY + COMMISSION * HOURLY WAGE PLUS 7% COMMISSION, PLUS 50% OF OVERAGE ON A/C SALES * 5 YEARS A/C SERVICE EXPERIENCED REQUIRED * IN HOME SALES ESTIMATING * PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE A MUST Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their air conditioning needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and business development.
