Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. * Assist customers in test-driving vehicles and answering any questions they may have. * Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure optimal stock availability. * Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. * Utilize retail math skills to calculate financing options and payment plans for customers. * Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
