Overview: John C. Cassidy is seeking a Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, will handle service generated leads & marketed sales leads. The primary responsibilities for this role will be managing company-generated sales leads for both existing customer sales leads and prospecting and closing new clients. In-home sales preferred. * Comfortable with prospecting and networking * Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills * Highly motivated to work as a team member for an industry leader * Experience selling with a commission-based income * Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Smartphone, etc. What You'll Bring: * Must possess a valid US Driver's License * Be willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing and background checks * 2 years of Sales experience. * 3-5 years of HVAC sales experience preferred * Physical dexterity * Flexible working hours, day/night/weekends *Working at John C.
