Our firm is taking their years of retail marketing experience and launching a brand new client focused on promotional campaigns in the automotive sector. In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring a Car Key Programming Specialist immediately. The Car Key Programming Specialist will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes, while partnering with our Retail Sales division to learn the best of both worlds. Location: Fort Worth, TX(we also routinely travel to Lewisville, Southlake, Arlington, Weatherford, and the surrounding areas) Benefits: * Paid training: no experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to learn on both the customer service and sales side, as well as how to cut and program new keys. * Supportive team environment * Room for growth Requirements: * A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record (MVR check required). * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Comfort in a physically active role, including getting in and out of cars, testing keys, and retrieving VINs. Responsibilities: * Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences * Programming keys, re-keying, and cutting to code * Creating automotive keys and programming transponders * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives Apply today for immediate consideration!
