Job Summary: The Account Manager is a dedicated resource to Sales and AVW customer accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for coordinating with cross- discipline team members (sales, purchasing, accounting, engineering and manufacturing) to ensure all customer projects are on track for completion and will be delivered on time. Job Description: * Act as a primary point of contact for the day-to-day communication between customer and AVW. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of customer projects. * Offer technical support and knowledge when needed. * Handle order entry and quoting in a timely manner. * Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, including calls, orders and customer interactions using our CRM platform (HubSpot), JobBoss, QuickBooks * Conduct weekly overview calls with customers. * Attending quarterly meetings and visits. * Closely monitor project progress and communicate effectively to customer. * Work with engineering, to ensure technical drawings are complete and accurate. * Problem solves - work with operations to resolve engineering and/or manufacturing questions that arise for projects. * Communicating and confirming logistics for outgoing customer shipments. * Confirm that all quality checks were completed before shipping. * Support and coordinate any MIR/RGA concerns, if needed. * Support and coordinate/reconcile any open invoices., if needed. * Expand new and current customer bases. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * 1 plus years' project management experience or related field. * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
