Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Training Sales Representative to join our health club team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting personal training services, and helping members achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills combined with a solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and program design to effectively communicate the benefits of personal training and group fitness programs. Duties * Actively promote personal training packages and group fitness classes to prospective and current members * Conduct fitness assessments and provide tailored program recommendations based on individual needs * Build strong relationships with clients to encourage ongoing participation and membership retention * Educate members on body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention * Assist in designing customized workout plans that align with clients' goals and fitness levels * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends, anatomy, and sports coaching techniques * Lead group fitness sessions when needed, demonstrating proper form and motivating participants * Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed membership sales targets * Participate in health club events and promotional activities to increase program visibility Qualifications * Proven experience in personal training, fitness sales, or related roles within a health club or gym environment * Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles * Experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others * Demonstrated ability in sales, including upselling services and closing memberships * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting * Certification in personal training or related fitness certifications preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered * Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals Join our team as a Personal Training Sales Representative to make a positive impact on members' lives while advancing your career in the thriving fitness industry.
