Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: * Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build strong business relationships. * Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions by partnering with internal teams and product specialists. * Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts to grow sales in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets. * Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order. * Attend sales and product training sessions to expand industry knowledge. * Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity. * Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service. * Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices. Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry. * Bachelor's degree in sales or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. * Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to analyze customer needs, overcome objections, and manage multiple accounts. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math for pricing and profitability. * Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. * Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and maintain a flexible schedule for customer visits.
