DESIGN FLOORING SHOWROOM - SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - 2+ Years Sales Support Experience Required. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Flooring Showroom - Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a passion for customer service. You'll assist clients in selecting flooring, support our sales team, and help maintain an engaging showroom environment. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist clients in the showroom, initially gathering client information and guiding them through flooring / design options prior to handing them over to our sales team to finalize. * Support the sales team with lead management (CRM), sample management, order entry, and follow-up communications. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom, including properly merchandising our product samples / displays, POP materials and retail pricing. * Coordinate with vendors, clients and our internal teams to help ensure smooth sales communication process & project flow. * Assist with client presentations with sample preparation as needed. * Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling in-home or showroom appointment visits, inventory checks, and client documentation. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, interior design, or customer service administrative support preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for interior design / home decor and knowledge of flooring products (carpet, hardwood, vinyl, tile, etc.) a plus. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other industry specific software experience a bonus. * Team player with a positive, client-focused attitude.
