Job Title: Sales Associate Reports to: Store manager Average hourly: $18-$22 (base pay: $15 an hour base plus incentives and uncapped commission). * WHO WE ARE We're not just in the tanning business; we're in the confidence business and we are growing! We are now looking for Sales Associates to serve as people- loving, growth hungry team members who are ready to take their career to the next level. YOUR IMPACT & RESPONSIBILITIES * Support store management in maintaining the store's overall performance and appearance. * Greet customers, conduct store tours, address questions, and promote products and services to enhance customer engagement. * Achieve monthly personal sales goals and actively contribute to increasing overall store revenue. * Protect customer information and accurately process financial transactions. * Maintain overall cleanliness of store by completing daily chores and weekly deep cleans of all equipment.
