With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated Relief Agent to join our team and support our sales and customer service efforts. Position Overview: As a Relief Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and prospects while assisting the lead. You will be responsible for assisting with sales inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining exceptional service standards. This role is designed as a career-track position; as JMC Homes continues to grow, successful Relief Agents will be the first considered for promotion to a Lead Agent role as new communities open. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the absence of regular staff. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. * Provide detailed information about our homes, communities, and the buying process. * Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuity of service. * Represent the company positively and professionally at all times. Qualifications: * Active DRE sales person or broker's license, in good standing * Previous experience, preferably in new home sales. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. What We Offer: * Schedule - 4 days a week: Monday - Thursday. 9:30am - 5:00pm (Winter hours) (Days off are Wednesday and Thursday). * Location - Two communities is Roseville * Incentives - A per house sales incentive * Growth Potential: Direct path to Lead Agent opportunities for upcoming community openings. * Stability: Work for a well-established, reputable builder.
