Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join a long-standing dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-quality equipment to various bank clients throughout Missouri. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This position can be based in Kansas City, Columbia, or St. Louis, Missouri. Base salary begins between $60k-$70k and total compensation is expected to be between $100k-$120k. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment. * Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals that address customer requirements. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads. Experience * Proven experience in sales * Banking industry experience is preferred * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. * A valid driver's license may be required for travel to client locations.
