We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Landscape Construction Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new residential business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from initial consultation through signed contract and project completion. In addition to sales, the position includes active project management responsibilities to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities * Business Development * Identify and pursue new residential sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead generation. * Conduct client consultations, assess property needs, and develop customized landscape design and construction solutions. * Sales & Project Management * Prepare and present detailed proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring alignment with company standards and profitability goals. * Manage sold projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors. * Client Relationship Management * Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and construction process. * Build long-term relationships with homeowners to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring project satisfaction. * Team Collaboration & Reporting * Work closely with design, estimating, and operations teams to ensure the scope of work is clearly defined and delivered. * Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth * 3+ years of experience in residential landscape construction sales, project management, or related field. * Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices, materials, and design concepts. * Proven experience managing projects from contract to completion. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
